Driver seat broken

We were informed that the driver's seat bottom AND back were broken and that there have been many cases of this. They were able to fix the seat bottom but we have to take the van in tomorrow to get the back fixed.  · If the frame of the seat is broken then you can bring it to any body shop and they can pull the seat,, remove the cover, and weld the frame. Remove the little bolt in there, pull the seatbelt harness out of it, and it's free. Now the whole seat is free to come out. You may want to remove the headrest to get it out easier as well.
